SECAFE is a stand alone Mexican company that is under contract to service Excel's railcars.  SECAFE was established in 1989 to provide Management, Marketing, Sales and Services to our USA Railcar Leasing Company, namely Excel Railcar Corporation, USA.  SECAFE is staffed with a Director General (President), an Administrative Assistant and office services personnel.

Field personnel consists of four people, a Manager, and three Railcar Repair men located in Jaltipan, Veracruz, Mexico, where EXCEL's railcars are repaired.

• SECAFE is located in downtown Mexico City.

• They are in direct, daily communication with the Director, International Administration, Excel Railcar Corporation, Warrenville, Illinois.

• This company has been recognized by EXCEL's major Mexican manufacturers and Customers for exceptional service rendered to Excel's leased railcars in Mexican railroad interchange service.
