Tank Car AAR Certification

 

Excel Railcar Services, Inc. is in the process of obtaining AAR certification as a Class III Tank Railcar Repair Facility. 

 

We estimate that by 2011, we should have our manuals and procedures established pursuant to AAR Rules, Regulations and Standard Practices.

 

Excel will keep its customers informed of our progress on the Tank Car certification for our shop and when we will officially begin to offer this service.
